Project Summary

The "Primary Circuit Construction" project refers to the development of a new electric circuit required to provide service for the upcoming solar field (previously the City's landfill). The new circuit consists of an approximate three and a half (3.5) mile run of primary distribution wires that will route from the landfill property to Central-North Substation. The attached specification details all materials provided by the electric utility, and all materials, along with services, to be provided by the contractor. To accomplish this project within the requested timeline, the electric utility needs to outsource the work to a qualified contractor.
